How we collect, use and protect your personal data.
Who we are
Our website address is: https://exclusiveway.be.
Comments
When you leave a comment on our site, the data entered in the comment form, as well as your IP address and your browser's user agent, are collected to help us detect unwanted comments.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. The Gravatar service's privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible next to your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the site, we advise you to avoid uploading images containing EXIF GPS coordinate data. Visitors to your site can download and extract location data from these images.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you will be offered the option to save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is purely for your convenience, so you don't have to re-enter these details if you leave another comment later. These cookies expire after one year.
If you visit the login page, a temporary cookie will be created to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will set up a number of cookies to store your login information and your screen preferences. A login cookie lasts for two days, and a screen option cookie lasts for one year. If you check "Remember me", your login cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted.
When you edit or publish a post, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data. It simply indicates the ID of the post you just edited. It expires after one day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools, and track your interactions with embedded content if you have an account connected to their website.
Use and transmission of your personal data
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to recognize and automatically approve subsequent comments instead of leaving them in the moderation queue.
For accounts registered on our site (if any), we also store the personal data shown in their profile. All accounts can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account or have left comments on the site, you can request to receive a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including the data you provided to us. You can also request the deletion of any personal data concerning you. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked using an automated spam detection service.
